  2. I am so enjoying seeing all these vintage ornaments. They bring back a lot of memories of the ornaments on my parent's Christmas trees. They had some of the very same ones but in different colors. Thank you for triggering all the happy memories for me this holiday season!

  3. Thank you, Jasia and you are so welcome. As I was holding and putting each ornament on mom's tree . . . it brought memories back I had forgotten long ago . . . I always just looked at them, took them for granted if you will, until now . . . now I see and hold them in a completely different place . . . they are such treasures and so glad I have them. I also did a little research on them. Many are Shiny Brights (Brand name) that were made in Poland, Germany and then in the late 1950's and early 1960's in the USA. Many of the one's in the 1950's that mom collected were from Germany . . . she would fly back to Germany once a year to visit and always hand carry a set back home . . . and many were purchase in Monterey and San Jose, CA, where I grew up.
