New toy ~

My husbands new Police motorcycle . . . he's like a kid at Christmas with a really cool new toy . . . flashing the lights and hitting the siren . . . then, he took off for a ride with a big smile on his face . . . I've been replaced!

  1. When I saw the title of your post, and the picture, I thought the motorcycle was YOUR new toy, lol! I was prepared to be very impressed! I'm happy for your husband. I know my husband would be grinning from ear to ear if he got a new motorcycle too!

  3. Jasia ~ LOL . . . I for sure would kill myself . . . I leave the driving to My Mr. and content to be on the back holding on (not on this motorcycle in photo). We have a 2004 Anniversary Classic Harley Davidson and it's very relaxing to just sit on the back and enjoy the scenery! Hubbie is a California certified Motor Officer Motorcycle trainer. He trains all the newbies . . . . he has been riding for over 30 years now on the PD. He has nine lives though, he has been hit four times by others not paying attention and one attempted murder! This guy wanted to run him over! So it has been a scary occupation but it's his love!

  4. Barbara ~ Thank you and I agree, as I explained in comment above, it's been a scary occupation . . . he is the best of the best but he watches the other drivers closely, those are the ones that will get ya. It's his love and not much I can say about it . . . but the worry is always there.
