A memory is a photograph taken by the heart...to make a special moment last forever...and of all the memory-pictures that happy times can bring, the best are those that families make together ~
OOOOO, wonderful. Hmmmm, I wonder if I can grow those in SE MI?? I think I can the sweet peas, not sure about the freesia. Gonna have to do a little research on these. Love this photo!
Thank you Carol...I would think you could. The best time to plant your sweet peas (from seed)is in October/November. I am not sure about the Freesia in your area...there is Freesia in every color in my neighborhood right now! The fragrance from both of these flowers is very strong.
Stunning flowers Gini! I have never seen Freesia other than the photos you have posted of it. I always saw the scented stuff...way back to the 70s when it was a favorite incense and now more often seen as a scented oil. I'd love to see it in person! Ha! I still remember the first time I saw a peony..... http://oldstonesundeciphered.blogspot.com/2010/09/sentimental-sunday-raysville-cemetery.html
