Several weeks ago, I was getting ready to take down
Mom's (1933~2010) Christmas tree (yes, I am a bit late) and pack up her Christmas ornaments and decorations. I made myself a cup of tea and sat in a chair just to take one last look around before putting it all way for another year. I looked over at mom's
Manger and the sun was shining perfectly on Baby Jesus . . . it was just beautiful. Glad I had my camera fairly close and was able to capture the moment. I know Christmas has come and gone but had to share with ya.
Oh, that is spectacular! Thanks for sharing. Never too late for such a wonderful photo.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Carol! When I looked over and saw the sun shining on mom's manger, I got goosebumps!
ReplyDeleteA Blessed and Magical moment in Time. The thing here is that it takes a special and Spiritually Gifted person to see the Blessing and Magic. You are blessed!
ReplyDeleteSue, thank you, you're always so inspiring . . . I truly am Blessed.
ReplyDeleteA perfect moment in time captured by you....congratulations Gini.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Linda!
ReplyDeleteAnd what a beautiful manger scene. Even a little wood pile.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kristin, mom's manger has some neat details that are hard to see in this photo but it's life like. Glad you stopped by.
ReplyDeletePerfect timing, as they say! Thanks for sharing such a poignant moment.
ReplyDeleteThank you, it surely was Jasia, so glad I decided to sit for a moment and look over.
